Harvest Hues at UTC: New Mural in Sarasota

This fall, I am honored to collaborate with Sarasota’s University Town Center (UTC) to create a mural that captures the essence of the season. Inspired by nature’s abundance and the warmth of autumn, the mural reflects the rich harvest colors and Sarasota’s vibrant spirit. The deep reds, warm oranges, and golden yellows mirror the natural beauty of the season while nodding to local culture.

This project is also a tribute to Naked Farmer, UTC’s latest restaurant. The mural’s design complements Naked Farmer’s focus on fresh, local ingredients by using colors and imagery that evoke the richness of fall harvests, while maintaining my dream-like ethereal aesthetic that is a staple of my artistic style.

Creating public art is my way of connecting with communities, and this mural aims to bring a sense of warmth and vibrancy to UTC’s West District. I invite you to experience the mural, on display through November. Be sure to stop by, snap a photo, and tag me, @gabrielajaxon & @utcsarasota.
