I’m honored to announce that Hoops for Hope, a community-driven mural project, has been selected as a recipient of the 2024 Individual Artist Grant from the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance. This project aims to transform a local City of St. Pete Parks & Rec basketball court into an inspiring, vibrant space where art and community come together.
Through Hoops for Hope, we’ll be working closely with local nonprofits like the Boys & Girls Club and Pace Center for Girls, to engage at-promise youth in the creation of a large-scale basketball court mural. This project will bring themes of unity, inclusion, and empowerment to life, leaving a lasting impact on the community.
